Website moved from Melbourne University (http://rubens.its.unimelb.edu.au/~pgm/uisic) to UIS' own server in Switzerland (http://www.uisic.uis-speleo.org) as part of the move of the main UIS site.
Updated Survey and Mapping page with new links to basic and draft surface symbols, and some changed email addresses.
Updated Master Speleo Links page.
